Boulder’s Best Cupcake

When it comes to Colorado cupcakes, I am partial to Happy Cakes in the Highlands. But I stopped by Tee and Cakes in Boulder today and was beguiled by the pretty pink and chocolate mix. But what really won me over was the flavor of the frosting: Rosewater Buttercream. WAT? As you might know, I have a thing for roses. Not even the flower itself but the scent.
